1.Awareness Creation
We raise awareness among workers, labour unions, employers and communities about labour rights, responsibilities, workplace safety and industrial peace through training sessions, public campaigns, and educational materials.
2.Policy Advocacy
We identify policy and legal gaps in the labour framework and advocate for meaningful reforms that enhance the protection of workers' rights through research, policy analysis, and engagement with decision-makers.
3.Free Legal Aid
We support workers, especially those unable to afford legal services, through free legal advice, representation in labour disputes and court hearings, and mediation support.
4.Capacity Building
ELRW strengthens the capacity of stakeholders to uphold labour rights through training for labour unions, employer associations and government bodies, networking, and research publications.
